Indonesian Palm Oil News (IPO News) – PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) has again been recognized as the best workplace in Asia at the 2024 HR Asia Best Companies To Work for in Asia event organized by Business Media International (BMI). This award was given to UT for its success in fostering a culture of sustainability by creating a positive work environment and prioritizing employee welfare.
The award was presented in person by the Group Publisher/Editor-in- Chief of Business Media International, Datuk William NG, to the Human Capital and Sustainability Director, Edhie Sarwono; Corporate Human Capital and Corporate University Division Head, Abun Jufar Jaya; and Organization Productivity and Cost Control Department Head, Nurdiansyah Budiman, at the Ritz Carlton Pacific Place Hotel.

The Sustainable Workplace category signifies the Company’s responsibility towards the environment and sustainable business practices, promoting ecofriendly innovation and positively impacting the environment and society. Lastly, the DEI category highlights UT’s commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable work environment through a culture of empathy and care. The assessment process for this award involved comprehensive steps, including online surveys of employees, office visits, presentations, and audits.
