“In addition to the main product Corrugated Steel Pipe, PT Cahaya Metal Perkasa also produces Highway Safety Fences (Flex Beam Guardrail), Public Street Lighting Poles, and Custom Products (Water Doors, Fiber, Corrugated Elbow, Corrugated Headwall, and Marine Coat).”

Regarding market distribution, Annsiha explained, “Most of PT Cahaya Metal Perkasa’s products are to meet the needs of the domestic market. However, in the last few years our products have also started to enter the export market, namely to Timor Leste.”

IPO News asked again, “Which companies have been your company’s customers?”
Annisha explained, “So far, many large companies have become customers of PT Cahaya Metal Perkasa, as is the case in the plantation industry where almost all large palm oil companies have become customers of our company, including PT Salim Ivomas Pratama, PT Sampoerna Agro, PT Astra Agro Lestari, Sinarmas Group, Wilmar Group, PT Minamas Plantation, PT’ Perkebunan Nusantara, and other large oil palm companies.”’

“Large sized mining companies which become customers of PT Cahaya Metal Perkasa include PT Indika Energy Tbk, PT Kaltim Prima Coal, PT Bayan Resources, PT Berau Coal, PT Bukit Asam, PT Freeport Indonesia, and other leading mining companies. Whereas, construction industries as the consumers of PT Cahaya Metal Perkasa are PT .Waskita Raya, PT Hutama Karya, PT Adhi Karya, PT Wijaya Karya, PT Nindya Karya, and other large sized construction companies.”

“How is “after sales service” given by PT Cahaya Metal Perkasa to its customers?”
According to Annisha that “the products of PT Cahaya Metal Perkasa products have been known by its customers for a long time. Besides its good quality and easy to install, the company also provides satisfactory after sales service to all their customers, namely by providing supervision/teaching installation, especially for customers who have not yet familiar with PT Cahaya Metal Perkasa products. This supervision service is provided free of charge to all of our customers.”

At the end of the conversation, IPO News asked “What are PT Cahaya Metal Perkasa’s targets for the next 5 years?”
Annisha answered “Based on the capabilities and experience of PT Cahaya Metal Perkasa in the field of corrugated steel pipe construction so far, our company’s target is continues to add new products according to market needs, both demand from the mining sector, plantation sector and the construction industry. In addition, our company is committed and has a target of becoming a company which will continue to innovate, be competitive and ready to serve requests from national and international projects.”
