“PT Cahaya Metal Perkasa is standing on an area of 33,780 m2 in Narogong-Bekasi, with the main products such as Corrugated Steel Pipe, Highway Safety Fence (Flex Beam Guardrail) and Public Street Lighting Poles made from environmentally friendly raw materials with a lifespan high service using the Hot Dip Galvanized coating system.”
“PT Cahaya Metal Perkasa has a production capacity of 15,000 tons/year. Our company continues to be committed to improving product quality and service to customers. Next, IPO News asked in more detail what products PT Cahaya Metal Perkasa produces, Annisha explained as follows:
“Our company’s main products which are superior include Galvanized Corrugated Steel Pipe (Corrugated Steel Pipe), namely Steel Plate (SPHCSS400) which has undergone a corrugation and curving process and is coated with a Hot Dip Galvanized system after the fabrication process. “This steel pipe is made corrugated to produce a large moment of inertia, so that with a thin plate thickness it can withstand large loads.”
“This corrugated steel pipe produced by PT Cahaya Metal Perkasa has various applications for installation in Drainage Channels, Bridges, Conveyor Covers and Tunnels in various soil conditions.”
IPO News asked again what the advantages of the company’s products were, Annisha answered :
“A number of advantages of PT Cahaya Metal Perkasa’s Galvanized Corrugated Steel Pipe (corrugated steel pipe) products, namely:
1. Compliant with AS 1650 and ASTM A-123 standards: so it meets the test standards for Chemical Analysis, Physical Properties, Galvanize Thickness, and has a high lifespan.
2. Energy and Time Efficiency: Easy and cheap installation because it uses a knockdown bolt system, so it doesn’t require experts, the assembly process is easy and fast
3. Shipping Cost Efficiency: Easy and cheap transportation because using a knockdown packing system.
4. Work Cost Efficiency: 50% -60% cheaper than use with concrete.
5. High Service Life: because it uses a Hot Dip Galvanized layer.
6. Corrugated Steel Pipe material is an environmentally friendly material.”
Annisha further explained, “There are quite a lot of industries in Indonesia that can use Corrugated Steel Pipe products produced by PT Cahaya Metal Perkasa, including the coal mining industry, palm oil plantations, a number of infrastructure projects: toll roads and dams, real estate projects, and the Public Works Department throughout Indonesia.”

Specifically for use in oil palm plantations in Indonesia, Annisha answered in more detail “PT Cahaya Metal Perkasa products which are suitable and widely used in oil palm plantations in Indonesia are the Nestable Flange E-100 type and the Multi Plate type.”
Nestable Flange E-100 Type :
The Nestable Flange E- 100 type is a corrugated steel pipe with two cups and is the simplest type of corrugated steel pipe. The standard length of this type of pipe is 1000 mm (End Section 250 mm and 750 mm). Available with diameters of 450 mm to 1800 mm with plate thickness variations from 2.0 mm to 3.5 mm. Nestable products can be applied as drainage, culverts, small span bridges and conveyor covers.
Multi Plate Type :
The Multi Plate type is a type of corrugated steel pipe which consists of several plate sheets which are radiuses and assembled using high tensile bolts to form a full circle adjusted to the required shape and size.
