Indonesian Palm Oil News (IPO News) – The company was established in Jakarta through the articles of association of the company No. 51 dated 22 November 1995 made by Enimarya Agoes Suwarko, SH, a notary public. The revised articles of association of the company have been legalized by Minister of Justice through decree No. C2-8176.HT.01. 01.Year 1996 dated 26 July 1996 and then announced in the State Gazette of Republic of Indonesia No. 839, Supplement No. 36 dated 22 February 2011.
The statutes of the company have been revised for a couple of times. The latest revision was based on the articles of association of the company No. 2 dated 17 September 2013 made by Dedy Syamri, SH, a notary public, on the amendment of the company’s business activity scope. The revised articles of association of the company have been legalized by Minister of Justice of Republic of Indonesia through decree No. AHU-54423.AH.01.02.Year 2013 dated 25 October 2013. They are still under the process to be announced in the State Gazette of Republic of Indonesia.
