Indonesian Palm Oil News (IPO News) – AGRO INDOMAS Group, is a subsidiary of Good Hope Asia Holdings Ltd based in Singapore. Until 2025, the total area of oil palm plantations owned was 26,516 hectares spreading in Sampit, Central Kalimantan.
AGRO INDOMAS Group owns 3 units of Palm Oil Plants (PKS) of 225 tons of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) per hour, namely Terawan PKS, Sungai Purun PKS and Bumi Jaya PKS.
Based on Indonesian Palm Oil News (IPO NEWS)’s observations that AGRO INDOMAS Group and several of its subsidiaries have been running the palm oil business in a sustainable and sustainable manner. RSPO certification has been held long before other palm oil companies have.

- PT Agro Bukit
The company was established on 12 August 2004 through Foreign Capital Investment (PMA) facility. The investment has been approved by the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) through letter No. 69/V/PMA/2005 dated 20 May 2005. Permits to open oil palm plantations have been obtained from the Regional Government of Central Kalimantan through letter No. 313/Year/2009 dated 31 August 2009.
The articles of association of the company have frequently been revised. In 2011 the authorized capital of this company was Rp 500,000,000,000 of which
Rp 248,331,280,000 was issued and fully paid up. The revised articles of assocaition of the comopany had been approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights No. AHU-25756.AH.01.01.TH.2011 dated 23 February 2011.
PT Agro Bukit (AB) has 5 oil palm plantations covering an area of 11,936 hectares spreading Kotawaringin, Central Kalimantan. The five plantations include Tanah Putih Plantation (3,455 ha), Sawahan Plantation (4,357 ha), Sungai Binti Plantation (2,185 hectares) and Sungai Legenda Plantation (1,739 ha). AB owns 1 unit of Palm Oil Plant (PKS) with a capacity of 90 tons of FFB per hour.
CDMI only has AB production data per year. AB produced 234,600 tons of FFB in 2024 and it is predicted to increase to 251,000 tons in 2025. Whereas, CPO production in 2024 amounted 51,612 tons, in 2025 it is predicted to increase to 58,000 tons. AB’s Palm Kernel (PK) production is also seen to increase. In 2024, AB produced 11,730 tons of Kernel (PK) and it is predicted to increase by 12,850 tons in 2025.
- PT Nabire Baru (NB)
PT Nabire Baru (NB) was established on 23 July 2008 through Foreign Capital Investment (PMA) facility. The investment has been approved by the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) through letter No. 180/1/IP/PMA/2010 dated 21 September 2010. At the time of establishment, the authorized capital of the company amounted to Rp 50,000,000,000 of which Rp 12,500,000,000 was issued and fully paid up.
NB has 7 gardens with an area of 18,584 hectares spreading in Nabire, Papua. The four largest estates are Kali Bambu Estate (4,180 ha), Sungai Wami Estate (4,170 ha), Bukit Nuhgojaje (1,840 ha) and Sungai Sima Estate (5,405 ha). In 2020 the total FFB production from these 7 plantations was 98,859 tons. The largest contribution to FFB production came from Kali Bambu Estate (35,110 tons), Sungai Wami Estate (25,555 tons), Bukit Nuhgojaje (19,905 tons) and KPMA Waoha plantation (6,490 tons). However, based on information received by CDMI from Indonesian Sustaionable Palm Oil (ISPO) that the area width of NB which has already obtained ISPO certificates is only 11,610 hectares.
NB has 1 unit of Palm Oil Plant (PKS) with a capacity of 45 tons of FFB per hour. The PKS is located in Wami Village, Nabire Regency, Papua Province. In 2024 the total production of CPO of NB was 27,500 tons and in 2025 it is predicted to increase by 31,500 tons. Meanwhile, Palm Kernel (PK) production amounted to 3,600 tons in 2024 and is predicted to increase to 3,900 tons in 2025.
