Indonesian Palm Oil News (IPO News) – The company was established in 2008 under the name PT Hasnur Coal Terminal. It was founded by the late H. Abdussamad Sulaiman AKA Haji Leman. The articles of association of the company had been legalized by Minister of Justice of Republic of Indonesia through decree No. AHU-26213.AH.01.02 Year 2008. At that time, the issued and paidup capital was Rp 266,244,373,610 which was divided into two series, namely series A and series B. The majority of shares are controlled by PT Hasnur Jaya Utama.
In 2010 the company was renamed to PT Hasnur Cipta Terpadu. At that time, the authorized capital of the company amounted to Rp 316,245,000,000 of which Rp 266,245,000,000 was issued and fully paid up. The majority shareholder of the company is PT Hasnur Jaya Utama added by two new shareholders, namely Jayanti Sari and Haji Rachmadi. The revised articles of association of the company had been legalized by Minister of Justice of Republic of Indonesia through decree No. AHU-34436.01.02.Year 2010.
Based on the latest information received by IPO NEWS that through the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on 12 August 2020, the issued and paid up capital was increased by Rp 316,245,000,000 and the management structures of the company were changed. The revised articles of association of the company had been legalized by Minister of Justice of Republic of Indonesia through decree No. AHU-AH.01.03-0380130 dated 1 September 2020. HASNUR Group was established in 1966. Initially, the company was dealing with river transportation, shipyard and forestry contractor. However, it has a very wide business network at present, not only in the palm oil, coal, port, trade, but also printing and transportation sectors.
HASNUR is a combination of the names of H. Abdussamad Sulaiman (HAS) and his wife Hj. Nurhayati (NUR). The figure who was usually called Haji Leman during his life founded the Hasnur Group on 27 August 1966 with his wife Hajah Siti Nurhayati. Haji Leman died in Jakarta on 14 June 2015 at the age of 67 while Hajjah Siti Nurhayati died on 2 January 2016 in Medina, while performing Umrah in the Holy Land.
This couple had seven children and three of whom are often highlighted by the media, namely Jayanti Sari (President Director of HIS, second child), Hasnuryadi Sulaiman (Controls the PS Barito Putera soccer club, as well as a member
of the Indonesian House of Representatives for two terms) and the youngest Zainal Hadi who controls the HASNUR’s many subsidiaries.
In the palm oil business, HASNUR Group through PT Hasnur Citra Terpadu and PT Barito Putera Plantation has a land reserve of 60,000 hectares.
