Indonesian Palm Oil News (IPO News) – Anglo Eastern Plantations was established on 15 March 1988 through Foreign Capital Investment (PMA) facility with the authorized capital of US$ 6,668,000 of which US$ 6,668,000 was issued and fully paid up. The shareholders at that time were Perusahaan Dagang dan Industri Marison NV (Indonesia), Mergeset Ltd (the UK) and Anglo Indonesia Oil Palm the UK.

In 2009, the articles of association of the company was adjusted to the Limited Liability Company Law No. 40/2007 and converted its capital into Rp 4,219,177,000 of which Rp 4,219,177,000 was issued and fully paid up. The revised articles of association of the company had been legalized by Minister of Justice of Republic of Indonesia through decree No. AHU-17743.AH.01.02.Year 2009 dated 1 May 2009.

The latest information received by CDMI is that on July 17, 2019, the company changed its management structure by appointing new leaders. This decision has been ratified by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights based on decree No. AHU-0038340.AH.01.02. Year 2019. Profile of TR is pictured below :
