Indonesian Palm Oil News (IPO News) – The company was established on 29 September 1980 with the authorized capital of Rp 600,000,000 of which Rp 200,000,000 was issued and fully paid up. The founding shareholders of the company were PT Dharma Rimba Kentjana, PT Uni Rimba, Mr. Ir. Benjamin Arman Suriadjaja AKA Tjia King Hong, Mr. Ir. Theodore Permadi Rachmat AKA Oey Giok Eng, Mr. Santoso Sutantyo, Mr. Ir. Winarto Oetomo AKA Oen Tjwan Hwie, Mr. Inu Sutrisno, Mr. Imoek Sutrisno, Mr. Ana Sutrisno, Mr. Eddy Sutrisno, Mr. Ading Sutrisno, Mr. Budijanto and Mr. Baharuddin, all are Indonesian businessmen of Chinese extraction.
In February 1999, the authorized capital of the company was raised to Rp 66,000,000,000 of which Rp 16,500,000,000 was issued and fully paid up. In October 2004, the authorized capital of the company was increased again to Rp 165,000,000,000 of which Rp 116,500,000,000 was issued and fully paid up.
The articles of association of the company have frequently been revised. Lastly, on 14 June 2013 the company sold its shares to the publics and the name of the company was changed to PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG). Profile of DSNG in detail is pictured below:

Until 2024 the total planted palm oil areas of the company reached 104,100 hectares which have been in production. The average planting age is relatively young and productive, reaching 14.3 years. The production volume of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) is 2 million tons. The company has 12 units of palm oil plants with annual capacity of 675 tons.
