According to Frankie, no matter how great a product is, if it is not supported by holistic after-sales service, the customers will give up. In the end, they don’t want to buy a product for a second time and stop subscribing to buying a product. That’s why we don’t want to experience this.

As part of a series of after-sales services, GMM carries out a component exchange program (PPK) in order to help and to maximize the investment of GMM’s loyal customers. GMM provides an exchange program for components which are experiencing problems with GMM’s ready-to-use components.

According to Frankie, this program will help loyal GMM customers reduce the downtime of units due to problems with components.

This PPK is a spare parts consignment, namely a program which places spare parts in the GMM customer area in accordance with the agreement agreed by both parties.

This PPK can help customers to reduce the cost of spare parts inventory and the availability of spare parts is more guaranteed.

As a Sole Brand Holder Agent (Sole Distributor), GMM provides spare parts distribution services to GMM branches, dealers and Part Shops throughout Indonesia.

Frankie further stated that the form of support for customers is in the form of information, technical guidance, simple repairs and troubleshooting via telephone and WhatsApp services.

Next, to improve customer service and satisfaction, GMM as the Sole Distributor for FAW Trucks introduces the GMM Care service at 1-500-329.

This service can be accessed by all customers who need information about FAW Trucks, such as information about products, services, spare parts, GMM Telematic, or other complaints.

“This series of activities is part of a super holistic after-sales service,” concluded Frankie in his conversation with the IPO News team at the GMM office.
